International Legal Consultants L.L.C. was established and licensed in 2006 by the Qatar Financial Centre Authority to operate from the Qatar Financial Centre as a provider of legal services as well as of business activities which include the formation and administration of companies and funds.
The Qatar Financial Centre was created in 2005 to attract international financial service institutions and major multi-national corporations to support Qatar’s booming economy in an exceptionally favorable environment and to take advantage of Qatar as a hub for the Middle Eastern region.

Within the Qatar Financial Centre, International Legal Consultants L.L.C. assists financial institutions which wish to pursue their activities within the Qatar Financial Centre or in Qatar itself by advising them on regulatory issues and assisting in the conduct of their businesses.
ILC is also providing its services to foreign entities which wish to set up companies, joint ventures or branches in Qatar or in its free zones, and need to know local law, whether concerning company law, foreign investments, tax law, labour law, etc.
International Legal Consultants L.L.C. is also providing company management services and facilitating, together with other ILC entities, the setting up of trusts in the main favorable jurisdictions in the world.
